What you will do

• Manage the branch's sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
• Lead and coach colleagues to achieve production goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Acquire new consumer and business customers, deepen existing relationships, and make referrals to internal banking partners.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and develop business and community relationships.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, staffing, colleague development, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Banking, sales leadership, customer service, process management, coaching, communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products; familiarity with investments, consumer lending, and business lending.
• Comfort using mobile services, online banking tools, and other technology.
• Must currently be authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position; fingerprinting and additional background checks are required under NMLS regulations.
