What you will do

• Develop and maintain detailed near-term and long-term production schedules for Energetic Assembly product lines.
• Level people, material, and equipment capacity against customer demand and production requirements.
• Evaluate production performance, monitor milestones and dependencies, and identify schedule risks and constraints.
• Develop countermeasures for schedule slippage and document changes affecting the project schedule.
• Coordinate communication between program management, value stream management, planning, production, customers, and other functions.
• Lead weekly schedule meetings and support monthly SIOP meetings, including capacity reviews for forecasted and proposed programs.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree; a technical discipline is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in production scheduling or program scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and use the IFS ERP system.

Nice to have

• Aerospace industry experience.
• CAPM, PMI-SP, or PMP certification.
