Technical Project Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Space Coast, FL (US citizenship or permanent residency required)

What you will do

• Establish and own the Gen 2 Production Operations program management system, including status cadences and risk registers.
• Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to track milestones, identify schedule compression opportunities, and manage dependencies.
• Drive critical decision gates to closure, including facility layout, workcenter standup, and design freezes.
• Coordinate across Senior Manager organizations to eliminate schedule conflicts and resource contention.
• Manage the PFEP (Plan-For-Every-Part) process and ensure MRP demand signals are accurate for production builds.
• Synthesize complex technical and schedule data into executive decision packages for leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in program or project management within aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs from facility activation through production.
• Proven ability to build and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across multiple functional organizations.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, or permanent resident (Green Card holder) due to export control regulations.
• Strong technical fluency in interpreting engineering ICDs, tooling specifications, and facility drawings.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification.
• Experience with greenfield facility activation or new production line stand-up.
• Familiarity with hirify.global's MRP/ERP systems or engineering ticket management tools like JIRA.
• Background in launch vehicle or large-scale aerospace structure manufacturing.
