Integrated Master Scheduler (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across multiple project phases.
• Analyze critical paths, schedule variances, dependencies, milestones, and program performance indicators.
• Identify schedule risks and develop recovery plans and mitigation strategies for delays and execution challenges.
• Coordinate schedule integration with program management, engineering, operations, subcontractors, and customer stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc schedule updates, metrics, status reports, and leadership briefings.
• Maintain standardized schedule structures and documentation in line with government-approved formats and contractual requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 10 years of experience in program scheduling, project controls, planning, or Integrated Master Scheduling.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Experience developing and maintaining IMS for complex programs or projects.
• Experience with critical path analysis, schedule variance analysis, schedule risk assessments, and program reviews.
• Experience coordinating schedules across multiple functional organizations and project stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting U.S. government, aerospace, defense, or large-scale engineering programs.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and program control processes.
• Experience with schedule compliance reviews, audits, or DCMA scheduling requirements.
• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
