What you will do

• Support and improve business systems, applications, and integrations used across EMEA.
• Work with business applications, data management, reporting, and system integrations.
• Contribute to software testing, quality assurance, and process automation.
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues to understand how technology supports different business functions.
• Develop technical, analytical, and business systems skills through practical work and learning.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline, or comparable experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Genuine interest in business systems, integrations, data, and technology solutions.
• Ability to work onsite in St. Ives, Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience or academic knowledge of systems integrations and APIs.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, or Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Knowledge of software testing, quality assurance, enterprise systems, automation technologies, workflow solutions, or SDLC concepts.
