Sr. Technical Consultant

Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil; hybrid work with two days from home per week

What you will do

• Resolve batch automation disruptions within customer SLA requirements.
• Validate, synthesize, and transform customer data for planning, visibility, collaboration, and analytics using SQL, SSIS, and Excel.
• Support smooth operation of the cloud-based o9 solution and continuous integration and delivery processes.
• Create automated tasks with Bash, PowerShell, and Python scripts, and automate manual processes.
• Monitor system performance, fine-tune operations, and establish checks for sustained value delivery.
• Design and execute integration test cases, investigate bugs and issues, and track resolution progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of hands-on SQL and SSIS or comparable ETL experience, plus prior supply chain domain experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL-based data transformation, and Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.
• Ability to analyze customer data, technical and functional dependencies, data models, and integration requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, e2open, Kinaxis, JDA, or similar planning applications.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud infrastructure.
• Statistical, optimization, and simulation skills using R, JavaScript, or Python.
