Business Technology Analyst P2P IT (SAP)

Location: Hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany or London, United Kingdom

What you will do

• Analyse procurement and accounts payable challenges with business stakeholders and identify technology improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document, prioritise, and manage requirements for system enhancements and business improvement initiatives.
• Design and configure solutions across SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP SRM, SAP Ariba, and related applications.
• Support software configuration, testing, deployment, and change implementation activities.
• Monitor initiative progress, risks, and issues while collaborating with business users, application support teams, and external service providers.
• Investigate incidents and problems, support root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventative measures.

Requirements

• Experience supporting, configuring, or managing SAP procurement solutions or similar enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis, requirements gathering, software configuration, and testing.
• Ability to translate business challenges and requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Understanding of system architecture fundamentals, integration concepts, and technology-enabled business processes.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• SAP or relevant professional certifications.
