Staff Enterprise HR Analyst (SAP SuccessFactors)

What you will do

• Support, configure, enhance, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, and Workforce Software.
• Configure HR and payroll functionality, business rules, workflows, reports, and integrations.
• Support payroll, workforce management, and core HR processes across multiple regions.
• Troubleshoot complex system, payroll, integration, and data-related issues.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors on enhancements and projects.
• Participate in upgrades, testing, release management, and change implementation.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM.
• Experience with Employee Central Payroll, SAP S/4HANA, Workforce Software, HR, payroll, time management, and workforce management processes.
• Experience troubleshooting integrations and working with middleware, APIs, file-based interfaces, and data structures.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI and MDP.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP CPI and experience using Jira and ServiceNow.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills, with strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder-management abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, Time Off and Timesheets, Performance and Goals, Compensation, and Integration Center.
• Experience implementing or supporting Employee Central Payroll and integrating SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA, payroll systems, and third-party applications.
• Experience configuring Workforce Software and supporting global HRIS and payroll environments.
