Deployment Strategist (Systems Engineering)

Location: London, on-site. The role also includes in-person work in San Francisco.

Salary: £130K–£180K per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Run customer deployments end to end, including kickoff, migration, configuration, workflow redesign, training, and adoption.
• Drive organizational change across customer engineering organizations by developing champions, removing blockers, and sustaining usage.
• Define deployment success metrics, measure adoption, diagnose stalled rollouts, and execute recovery plans.
• Design Flow configurations around customer programs and direct integration work with software-focused deployment engineers.
• Share field insights with the product team and partner with sales representatives on expansion opportunities.
• Build deployment playbooks, implementation guides, and training materials.

Requirements

• Professional customer-facing experience with customers, clients, or external partners in pre-sales, post-sales, deployment, consulting, or customer-facing engineering.
• Experience making organizational change stick and explaining the impact achieved.
• Ability to work with systems and hardware engineers and translate between technical teams and executives.
• Experience managing long, multi-team rollouts with plans, milestones, stakeholders, and written status updates.
• Working-level familiarity with data migration, configuration, and APIs.
• Willingness to work in person in San Francisco as part of an early team.
