Salary: $70,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do

• Track project processes from start-up through closeout.
• Support project leadership, field teams, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive administrative processes and maintain project accuracy.
• Gather information for forecasting, analyzing, and communicating key financial metrics and results.
• Learn technical construction processes and foundational project management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, ethics, and time-management skills.
• Financial management skills and Excel proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, flexibility, and customer focus.
