What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Country Manager and Leadership Team on business strategy and risk management.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure reporting integrity.
• Provide strategic leadership and governance for corporate services including IT, facilities, and HR.
• Optimize supply chain activities, procurement controls, and working capital.
• Drive process improvement and cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational performance.

Requirements

• Valid CPA designation or equivalent professional accounting qualification required.
• 10+ years of progressive financial and accounting leadership experience.
• Experience within an international corporate structure, engineering, or technology environment.
• Proven success leading multifunctional teams and organizational change.
• Strong experience optimizing ERP enterprise systems and utilizing advanced data tools.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex data for executive leadership and Boards.
