PC Painter

Location: Redmond, Oregon, United States. All tasks are performed on-site in a manufacturing environment.

Salary: $19.00–$28.51 per hour.

What you will do

• Prepare product surfaces by cleaning, sanding, repairing imperfections, and masking areas that should not be coated.
• Apply, select, and mix paints and coatings to achieve consistent color, texture, adhesion, and finish quality.
• Inspect completed work, identify defects, and perform touch-ups or rework as needed.
• Maintain painting equipment and work areas, troubleshoot minor equipment issues, and report maintenance needs.
• Monitor environmental conditions, maintain material and quality records, and dispose of materials according to safety and environmental guidelines.
• Collaborate with production personnel to maintain workflow efficiency and meet production goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0+ years of experience in a manufacturing or painting environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to follow standardized procedures, work independently and collaboratively, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods; regularly lift up to 50 lbs.; and use fine and gross motor skills.
• Ability to work on-site around dust, fumes, chemicals, moving mechanical parts, and moderate to high noise levels while using required PPE.
