What you will do

• Complete work orders within designated time frames.
• Turn over apartments after move-out within five days.
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to meet health and safety standards.
• Maintain electrical, plumbing, heating, locks, doors, windows, and other building components.
• Prepare, prime, and paint interior and exterior building surfaces.
• Maintain fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, building alarm contacts, and related documentation.

Requirements

• At least one year of previous experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• High school diploma required.
• In-depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
• Manual dexterity, attention to detail, strong time management, and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude and willingness to participate in technical, safety, and operational training.
