Pay range: $20–$23 per hour, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and masking, and prepare paint for spray application.
• Apply coatings and primer finishes using paint booths and spray equipment.
• Maintain and adjust spray guns, paint booths, and associated equipment.
• Label and dispose of paint-related waste and clean equipment after use.
• Inspect completed work, complete production and quality documentation, and ensure requirements are met before handoff.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and support team members with painting tasks as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and skill development.
• Ideally, 0–1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to safely use small hand and power tools, spray paint, and painting equipment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read written instructions and understand verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to perform continuous standing and walking, frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, lifting, and pushing or pulling.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally with assistance and remain medically cleared to wear respirator equipment.
