What you will do

• Install, maintain, repair, and calibrate electrical, instrumentation, pneumatic, motor control, and process safety equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation system problems across production and non-production units.
• Perform weekly, monthly, and annual preventive maintenance for process safety, ISO, environmental, and critical instruments.
• Complete prioritized work orders, record time in SAP, and purchase repair materials through SRM.
• Support project implementation through specification and drawing reviews, installations, loop checks, calibrations, and startups.
• Maintain safety procedures and standards, including JSA, NFPA 70E, and NEC requirements; support callouts and shift assignments.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in instrumentation, electronics, or electrical studies, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of field experience in electrical and instrumentation work.
• Working knowledge of process instrumentation and motor controls maintenance.
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, or assigned shifts and respond to non-routine callouts.
• Ability to work on-site in Magnolia, Arkansas.
