What you will do

• Plan and schedule material procurement to meet production requirements.
• Use ERP and MRP systems to manage inventory levels and material availability.
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and logistics teams to support production schedules.
• Analyze demand scheduling data and forecast material requirements.
• Coordinate timely material delivery and resolve quality, delivery, and pricing issues.
• Prepare and present material planning and inventory performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 0–2 years of experience; this is an entry-level position.
• Exposure to purchasing best practices and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP systems for data analysis, reporting, and decision support.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Nice to have

• APICS certification.
• Experience with SQL, Python, R, MS Project, Power BI, Tableau, or SAP.
