What you will do
- Manage end-to-end production plans, aligning MRP requirements with capacity and customer commitments.
- Optimize production work orders to improve WIP flow, cycle time, and inventory balance.
- Lead production review meetings to drive discussions on build status and recovery planning.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to material shortages and capacity gaps.
- Coordinate the implementation of engineering changes while minimizing operational disruption.
- Develop and automate reporting dashboards using Excel and BI tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, Production Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or logistics in manufacturing.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
- Deep knowledge of MRP, capacity planning, Lean Manufacturing, Kanban, and JIT.
- Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology per US Export Administration Regulations.
Nice to have
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Spotfire or Power BI.
