Senior Lead B2B SAP Systems Architect (SAP)

What you will do

• Define technology roadmaps, assess platforms, and design scalable, secure, and reliable commerce architectures.
• Lead the architecture and delivery of complex B2B and B2B2C commerce solutions integrated with ERP, CRM, PIM, and other enterprise systems.
• Provide technical leadership through solution design, architecture reviews, code reviews, governance, and software development lifecycle activities.
• Maintain a hands-on role in application development, platform support, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and modernization.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives, evaluate emerging technologies, and advise business and technology stakeholders.
• Mentor architects, developers, internal teams, implementation partners, and vendors while overseeing technical delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, digital commerce, solution architecture, software engineering, or related fields.
• Deep expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud, including architecture, data models, integrations, administration, deployments, upgrades, performance optimization, and support.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Framework, SAP Business Technology Platform, FlexibleSearch, HAC, ImpEx, and release and environment management.
• Experience designing APIs, middleware, SAP Integration Suite, event-driven architectures, microservices, composable commerce, and headless commerce ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, networking, security, databases, identity management, DevOps, CI/CD, Agile delivery, incident management, and root-cause analysis.

• Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, distribution, or other global commerce-focused organizations.
• Experience supporting multi-region business operations and complex global technology programs.
