What you will do

• Inspect electrical equipment and use testing equipment to diagnose electrical faults.
• Determine repair approaches that minimize production interruptions and advise when equipment shutdowns are necessary.
• Dismantle, clean, repair, replace, install, maintain, assemble, lubricate, and adjust electrical equipment.
• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on cranes and related mechanical repairs.
• Operate high lifts, machine tools, and basic rigging equipment during maintenance work.
• Perform occasional arc welding and cutting-torch work related to electrical equipment repair.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Must meet company requirements for fall protection.
