Focus on assembling complex rotating equipment, resolving quality and material issues, and maintaining accurate production and inspection records.

Location: Onsite at the Rotoflow headquarters in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, United States. First shift, Monday through Friday, 6:25 a.m. to 2:25 p.m.; overtime, weekend, or adjusted schedules may be required.

Rotoflow, an hirify.global business, is a full-service OEM designing, manufacturing, servicing, repairing, and upgrading cryogenic and warm gas centrifugal turbomachinery for global industrial markets.

What you will do

  • Perform precision mechanical assembly and disassembly of new and rebuilt turbomachinery components and subassemblies.
  • Clean, inspect, fit, align, and install parts using mechanical drawings, procedures, bills of material, and quality requirements.
  • Use torque wrenches, hand and power tools, precision measuring equipment, lifting devices, forklifts, hoists, and overhead cranes.
  • Complete dimensional checks, fit-up verification, testing support, balancing activities, and in-process inspections.
  • Identify and help resolve assembly issues, material shortages, drawing discrepancies, quality concerns, and schedule risks.
  • Maintain accurate ERP, inventory, production, inspection, shipping, and receiving records; support crating, storage, and material flow.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least three years of hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, industrial maintenance, equipment repair, machining, turbomachinery, automotive, diesel, or related mechanical work.
  • Proficiency with torque wrenches, power tools, hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, assembly procedures, bills of material, and inspection requirements with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, hoists, and overhead cranes; ability to obtain required qualifications.
  • Valid driver’s license, strong documentation and communication skills, and consistent adherence to safety and quality procedures.

Nice to have

  • Technical school certificate or associate degree in mechanical assembly, industrial maintenance, machining, automotive, diesel, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with SAP and ERP or data management systems.
