Electro/Mechanical Assembler

What you will do

• Assemble actuator components according to technical specifications, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Operate assembly equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect and measure components using precision instruments and quality-control equipment.
• Identify defects, troubleshoot minor assembly issues, and communicate discrepancies to supervisors.
• Document production activities, maintain organized workstations, and store parts correctly.
• Collaborate with production colleagues to meet quality, efficiency, and delivery targets.

Requirements

• Experience in assembly operations or mechanical manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools and quality-control equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and commitment to zero-defect standards.
• Knowledge of workplace safety protocols and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented production environment.
• Basic computer literacy for documentation and record keeping.

Nice to have

• Experience with actuator systems or similar mechanical assemblies.
• Familiarity with manufacturing quality standards and best practices.
• Experience with pneumatic or hydraulic systems.
