Focus on improving warehouse processes, executing cycle counts and annual physical inventory, analyzing operational metrics, and supporting Lean/Kaizen initiatives.

Location: Houston, Texas, United States; on-site at TAS facilities

What you will do

  • Oversee warehouse and inventory management across multiple Houston-area facilities and third-party vendors.
  • Manage receiving, storage, material fulfillment, site transfers, and customer shipments.
  • Supervise, train, and support the recruitment of warehouse associates.
  • Analyze warehouse processes, recommend improvements, and participate in Lean, Kaizen, Black Belt, 5S, and Operational Excellence initiatives.
  • Prepare budgets, analyze variances, prioritize workloads, and maintain safety standards.
  • Manage ERP and warehouse management system transactions, cycle counts, inventory accuracy, physical inventory, metrics reporting, and process documentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related factory experience and/or training.
  • 5+ years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in inventory controls and warehouse operations.
  • Experience with warehouse ERP systems and basic Microsoft Office software, including intense interaction with LN and warehouse management systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, operations, supply chain, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience with dashboards and Power BI.
