Care Technology Delivery and Innovation Specialist (Care Technology)

Location: Hybrid role based in the UK, with at least 2 days per week in the office or on client sites. The role includes onsite work across Hampshire, Kent, Kingston upon Thames and Leicestershire, plus occasional travel to PA’s London office in Victoria.

What you will do

• Install specialist care technology equipment for complex cases, including supported living, virtual support and children’s services.
• Engage care providers and help them adopt and use technology effectively.
• Work with health and care professionals to identify suitable solutions for complex needs.
• Train colleagues and Argenti partners to understand and install specialist care technology equipment.
• Engage with suppliers to test and evaluate new technology solutions.
• Collaborate with transformation and programme delivery teams to design, deliver and evaluate proof of concepts.

Requirements

• Expertise and interest in technology and innovation, preferably in care technology.
• Strong understanding of social care users, care technology outcomes, safeguarding, personalisation and working with vulnerable people.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues, partners and clients to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to produce clear, well-structured reports and documents.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Argenti sites; a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
• An enhanced DBS check and PA background checks are required. Applicants for roles requiring UK security clearance must be British citizens or have at least 5 years of continuous UK residency.
