Project Delivery Specialist (AI Healthcare)

Location: Helsinki, Finland; on-site. Local customer travel and trips to Stockholm are required.

What you will do

• Lead customer implementation projects from contract signing through go-live, keeping delivery on track, on scope, and on time.
• Coordinate technical setup, including EHR integrations, with the engineering team.
• Work with customers and Medical Operations to build and configure documentation templates for clinical environments.
• Coordinate clinician training programmes and support customer readiness for go-live.
• Serve as the primary customer contact during delivery and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Improve the delivery playbook and develop scalable implementation processes as the Finnish customer base grows.

Requirements

• Native-level Finnish and excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong project management experience, ideally delivering technology solutions in social or healthcare settings.
• Experience in a technology company, preferably with SaaS implementation or deployment projects.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT environments, EHR integrations, clinical workflows, and change management in care organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including communication with frontline clinicians and C-level decision-makers.
• Structured, adaptable, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced scaling environment.
