What you will do

• Lead squad planning and execution to deliver the technology and digital product roadmaps.
• Act as a day-to-day unblocker for squads to ensure the production of high-quality outputs.
• Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, and inbound/outbound dependencies.
• Provide concise progress updates and root cause analysis to technology and business stakeholders.
• Champion modern delivery practices, such as rapid prototyping and AI-assisted workflows.
• Track squad performance using metrics and AI-driven insights to foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of software development practices, methodologies, and release lifecycles.
• Awareness of AI/ML development patterns and hands-on comfort with AI tooling (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT).
• Experience creating project plans and delivering product roadmaps using iterative approaches.
• Ability to prioritize based on business value and adapt to changing technology or market conditions.
• High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills to build relationships during disruption.
• Effective facilitation skills to lead through influence and consensus.
