What you will do

• Create and execute delivery plans for technology and digital product roadmap initiatives.
• Partner with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to coordinate delivery.
• Support squads by identifying and resolving blockers, managing dependencies, and maintaining delivery momentum.
• Track and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across testing, deployment, post-launch, and live incidents.
• Communicate progress, changes, and root causes clearly to technology and business stakeholders.
• Champion rapid prototyping, hypothesis-driven development, and AI-assisted workflows while using metrics to improve squad performance.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of software development practices, methodologies, and release lifecycles.
• Awareness of AI/ML development patterns and hands-on comfort with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and automation platforms.
• Experience creating project plans and delivering product roadmaps, including iterative approaches for emerging or experimental technology.
• Ability to prioritise based on outcomes and business value as technology or market conditions change.
• Strong problem-solving, facilitation, communication, emotional intelligence, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead through influence and consensus with technical and business stakeholders.
