SCADA Responsible

Location: An Nubariyah, West Nubariyah, Beheira Governorate, Egypt; onsite, full-time

hirify.global Egypt produces baking yeasts, yeast derivatives, and yeast extracts for food products, animal feed, bread-making, flavorings, colors, and enzymes. The company is part of hirify.global’s Middle East & Africa baking region and employs more than 200 people.

What you will do

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot SCADA systems supporting fermentation, separation, and CIP processes.
• Supervise production sequences, utilities, fermenter feeding inlets, and ingredient additions.
• Coordinate manual operations and valve activities with technicians.
• Follow fermentation schedules, identify deviations, and escalate delays or abnormal results to the Shift Leader.
• Collect, verify, clean, and provide analysis-ready process data; compile shift and fermentation reports.
• Create, release, and confirm fermentation batches in SAP and act as Shift Leader backup when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, specializing in Chemistry or Biochemistry.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to monitor fermentation parameters and coordinate with the Process Laboratory Control Technician.
• Ability to work onsite at the Nubaryia Industrial Area in Beheira Governorate, Egypt.
