Senior Specialist (NTN Roaming)

Location: Remote, UK; the role description also states that the position is based in Espoo, Finland and requires onsite work three days a week.

What you will do

• Design and maintain CDR, mediation, TAP/RAP/BCE, and reconciliation flows across TADIG, PLMN, and clearing-house combinations.
• Define routing and control logic to prevent usage leakage, duplication, and incorrect settlement.
• Manage daily reconciliation, control totals, disputes, root-cause analysis, and executive reporting.
• Build NTN wholesale pricing frameworks covering activation, usage, and tiering constructs.
• Manage clearing vendors, DCH/FCH setups, NRTRDE controls, and service performance.
• Represent hirify.global in GSMA working groups and partner with Finance, Product, BSS, Network, Legal, and Sales.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in wholesale roaming billing, network settlement, clearing, revenue assurance, or telecommunications standards.
• Advanced knowledge of TAP3, RAP, BCE, CDR and mediation flows, DCH/FCH operations, and dispute management.
• Deep understanding of PLMN, TADIG, IMSI numbering, roaming identities, routing, and settlement dependencies.
• Experience developing wholesale pricing or financial models and converting them into operational billing controls.
• Credibility representing an operator or technology provider in GSMA or comparable standards forums.
• The role is described as based in Espoo, Finland with onsite work three days per week; the posting header also lists Remote, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with NTN, NB-IoT, IoT roaming, NRTRDE, or multi-TADIG and multi-PLMN architectures.
• Familiarity with clearing platforms, GSMA portals, BigQuery/SQL, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience negotiating clearing relationships or influencing global industry specifications.
