What you will do

• Lead and manage the application support team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee incident and change management processes to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Implement monitoring tools and AI-driven observability to detect anomalies and automate root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development teams for smooth deployment of new features and updates.
• Conduct capacity management, forecasting, and post-mortem meetings.
• Integrate LLM-based tools into support workflows for incident summarization and runbook automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in application support with a strong understanding of the SDLC.
• Proficiency in SQL and monitoring tools such as New Relic or Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of Linux, UNIX, Windows, and databases (Oracle, MS SQL).
• Experience with AI-powered monitoring platforms (Datadog Watchdog, Dynatrace Davis, New Relic AI).
• Familiarity with AIOps frameworks and machine-learning concepts like anomaly detection and forecasting.
