Solution Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Own system functionality and capabilities for an assigned business domain, partnering with stakeholders to drive improvements and adoption.
• Design scalable workflows, rules, integrations, data flows, and control mechanisms across CRM/ERP and adjacent SaaS tools.
• Manage capability roadmaps, prioritization, backlogs, project scope, dependencies, and communication with leadership.
• Elicit and document business needs, user stories, acceptance criteria, decision logs, business processes, and system access requirements.
• Coordinate feature releases, UAT planning, tester identification, sign-offs, and readiness escalation.
• Track KPIs, validate business impact, and identify process improvement and automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in business systems, business analysis, solution management, platform administration, operations enablement, or process improvement.
• Ability to translate business problems into system capabilities, elicit and prioritize requirements, and map cross-functional processes.
• Experience with process maps, data models, context diagrams, relational data concepts, reporting and analytics tools, and integration approaches.
• Understanding of CRM/ERP, marketing automation, financial systems, data platforms, configuration patterns, and system constraints.
• Ability to lead initiatives from discovery through rollout, including planning, risk management, dependency coordination, training, documentation, and change management.
• Strong communication, facilitation, strategic thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
