What you will do

• Lead full-cycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, Project Operations, Human Resources, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Customer Engagement applications.
• Manage client engagements and workshops to define, document, and track business requirements in scenario documents, functional requirements, user stories, and Azure DevOps.
• Lead conference room pilots, solution demonstrations, configuration, and design reviews.
• Design and review customizations, reports, data mappings, integrations, and dual-write solutions.
• Lead functional, integration, and automated testing using the Regression Suite Automation Tool.
• Lead data migration, client and internal training, pre-go-live cutover, post-go-live support, and escalation of issues to Microsoft.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• At least 10 years of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain ERP implementation experience, including at least two full-cycle implementations.
• Experience with financials, procurement, supply chain, and inventory functionality in the cloud-based version of Dynamics 365.
• At least one Microsoft certification exam: MB-310, MB-700, or MB-330.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required; work permit sponsorship is not offered.
• Fluent conversational and written English is required, with on-site work in the Nashville area. Ability to travel domestically and internationally independently is also required.
