Property Manager

Location: Oregon, United States of America; the role may cover Oregon, Idaho, or Washington and requires travel outside the state.

Salary: $85,138–$107,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage all operational and financial aspects of an assigned commercial property portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal team members.
• Respond to tenant needs and fulfill lease obligations.
• Prepare annual budgets and tenant reconciliations.
• Manage service contracts, tenant improvements, property inspections, and operational recommendations.
• Travel outside the state as required.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of commercial real estate experience.
• Experience with capital improvement projects.
• CPM or RPA designation.
• Strong understanding of financial reports and actual-versus-budget variance analysis.
• Experience with real estate software such as Yardi or MRI and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Valid driver’s license, clear motor vehicle record, and current authorization to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Construction management experience.
• Experience with contract and leasing agreements.
• Experience managing staff.
