Property Manager (Facilities Management)

Location: Omaha - Douglas St; regular travel throughout the Pacific Northwest, including out-of-state travel, is required. Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day facility and property operations across a multi-site portfolio of owner-occupied assets.
• Build relationships with the client, field personnel, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage service contracts and vendor performance for quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Support annual budgets, forecasts, and financial oversight for operating and capital expenditures.
• Lead capital improvement, renovation, maintenance, and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct inspections and facility assessments, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and recommend operational improvements.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in commercial real estate, facilities management, property operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing multi-site portfolios and geographically dispersed operations.
• Demonstrated success overseeing capital improvement, renovation, and construction projects.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience using real estate, facilities management, or work-order management platforms.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license, clear motor vehicle record, and ability to travel regularly throughout the Pacific Northwest, including out of state.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice to have

• Construction or project management experience.
• Facilities management experience in operational or industrial environments.
• Experience managing large-scale maintenance, infrastructure, or modernization projects.
• Experience leading teams, contractors, or vendor relationships across multiple locations.
• CPM or similar professional designation.
