Sales Advisor (Telesales - Fuel)

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Salary: MYR 3,000–4,000 per month, plus uncapped commission

What you will do

• Sell fuel cards to businesses in the Malaysia market.
• Make B2B cold calls during new-business development time slots.
• Manage the live customer portfolio to maximize fuel drawings and increase revenue.
• Generate customer referrals and grow the customer base.
• Identify and create business opportunities where none previously existed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a telesales role.
• Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to follow a target-driven daily structure and maintain good timekeeping.
• Confident, first-rate communication skills with the ability to listen and articulate clearly.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team and adapt to a changing environment.
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
