Service Coordinator (Field Service): Coordinating customer service requests, technician dispatches, parts ordering, shipments, installations, invoicing, and job profitability with an accent on field service operations and customer communication. Focus on scheduling multiple service activities, reviewing completed work, and maintaining accurate coordination across customers, technicians, contractors, sales, and service departments.
Location: Windsor, Connecticut, United States; hybrid schedule
Salary: $26.85–$36.90 per hour based on a 40-hour work week. Scheduled hours may vary according to business needs.

manufactures and distributes industrial loading dock and door equipment. Arbon Equipment is its North American distributor.
What you will do
- Act as the main point of contact between customers, sales personnel, service departments, technicians, and contractors.
- Handle service requests and schedule and dispatch technicians and contractors.
- Order parts, products, and equipment and coordinate shipments and installations.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and review completed jobs.
- Analyze job profitability and manage multiple service activities simultaneously.
Requirements
- At least one year of related experience.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Prior field service environment experience is preferred.
