Location: Boston, Massachusetts, USA; onsite facility role with flexibility to work varying hours and days, including holidays
Salary: $35.28–$41.50 per hour

What you will do
- Manage asset, equipment, work order, preventive maintenance, and spare-parts data in Infor EAM.
- Develop and maintain PM plans, schedules, routes, work packages, due dates, and meter-based work orders.
- Measure facility performance metrics, interpret data, troubleshoot processes, and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate work order scheduling, assignment, planning, updates, and closure while reviewing labor, parts, and completion data.
- Drive materials management, including requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, cycle counts, critical spares, and store organization.
- Train and coach end users and EAM administrators, support new functionality rollouts, and serve as a liaison for issue escalation.
Requirements
- Associate degree or professional training in business administration, information systems, engineering, or a related field; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–3+ years of related experience in a maintenance, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
- 4+ years of experience working with enterprise asset management software; Infor EAM ASE experience is highly desired.
- 2+ years of data analysis experience in facilities maintenance, asset management, and spare-parts optimization.
- Experience communicating with peers, hourly associates, and senior management about maintenance, inventory, and cost control.
- Flexibility to work varying hours and days in an operation that may run 20 hours per day, 7 days per week, including most holidays.
Nice to have
- Microsoft Office and CMMS user experience.
- Preventive and predictive maintenance knowledge, skilled-trade training, or equivalent technical expertise.
- Experience with warehousing or manufacturing maintenance inventory, project estimating, scheduling, enterprise server CMMS, and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, information systems, or equivalent professional experience.
