MEP Project Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States; full-time work in the Philadelphia office

Salary: $128,067.17–$146,362.48 per year

What you will do

• Oversee the design, engineering, and construction of multiple infrastructure projects on fully occupied healthcare campuses.
• Coordinate shutdowns, tie-ins, quality control, and project delivery activities.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Lead weekly OAC meetings and coordinate follow-up actions with project stakeholders.
• Present technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Assist with supervising or mentoring team members and provide timely feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of experience working on hospital or healthcare projects.
• Extensive MEP experience and familiarity with applicable building codes.
• Knowledge of central plant operations and construction means and methods.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work full-time from the Philadelphia office.

Nice to have

• LEED AP, CPD, or PE certification.
• Experience supervising, assisting, or mentoring project team members.
