Project / Program Manager (Atmospheric Solutions)

Location: Chelmsford, Massachusetts, United States; work arrangements may include a mix of in-office and remote work depending on role and business needs

Base salary: $105,593.46–$142,861.74 USD annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead strategic projects and programs through on-time, on-specification, and cost-effective delivery.
• Manage new product development, product-line extensions, and customized automation solutions for global semiconductor customers.
• Lead cross-functional teams across design engineering, product management, operations, quality, and service.
• Drive risk mitigation, change-management controls, and decisions toward shared program objectives.
• Communicate project and program status to cross-functional teams and investment stakeholders.
• Coordinate work with geographically dispersed teams in Asia and Europe.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related discipline such as mechanical, electrical, or software engineering; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience in an engineering-related role and at least three years of project or program management experience, ideally in new product development.
• Knowledge of standard project and program management practices, including phase-gate development processes.
• Experience with SmartSheet or MS Project, including resource loading and leveling.
• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects or programs, deliver results, and communicate clearly at all organizational levels.
• PMP certification is preferred.
