Senior Consultant - Wealth / Asset Management / Life & Pensions (Financial Services)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working requires at least 2 days per week in the office or on client site, with assignments sometimes requiring up to 5 days per week on a client site.

What you will do

• Lead and deliver large-scale and complex transformation programmes across wealth management, asset management, and life and pensions.
• Develop and implement strategies, operating models, technology solutions, and new products or propositions.
• Work with clients and senior stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and provide expert advice.
• Develop new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the financial services consulting practice.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to create innovative solutions and deliver measurable business value.
• Track industry trends and continuously develop sector expertise.

Requirements

• Strong management consulting background.
• Extensive experience delivering transformation for wealth, asset management, and/or life and pensions firms.
• Strong experience in at least two areas including complex transformation programmes, product and proposition development, operating model design, operational improvement, technology vendor selection and implementation, or business process outsourcing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Applicants for relevant UK roles must meet the residency requirements for security clearance, including British citizenship or at least 5 years of continuous UK residency.
