What you will do

• Advise P&C insurance carriers on business strategy, operating models, and transformation initiatives.
• Define technology strategies and modernization roadmaps for policy administration, billing, and distribution platforms.
• Facilitate workshops, design-thinking sessions, and senior stakeholder discussions.
• Lead requirements gathering, documentation, change management, and training activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and oversee end-to-end project delivery in client-facing engagements.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in property and casualty insurance.
• Experience working with Tier-1 insurance carriers and strong knowledge of underwriting, claims, policy administration, risk management, and distribution operations.
• Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, or Majesco and related insurance technology modernization programs.
• Strong consulting, business analysis, process optimization, operating model design, and technology strategy skills.
• Experience with senior stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, cross-functional leadership, and end-to-end project delivery.
