What you will do

• Contact customers to identify needs using the Coggin Selling Process.
• Build rapport and develop a referral-based customer network.
• Conduct test drives and present vehicle information, pricing, and incentives.
• Close vehicle sales and maintain customer relationships.
• Use phone, internet, CRM, Eleads, Autotrader, and Microsoft Outlook tools.

Requirements

• Prior general sales experience is preferred; automotive sales experience is not required.
• Strong customer service, communication, computer, and phone skills.
• Ability to create and maintain customer relationships.
• Motivation to succeed, self-starter attitude, and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Professional business attire and appearance.
