What you will do

• Guide customers through vehicle selection, model options, features, value-added products, services, and purchase and financing options.
• Conduct vehicle test drives while following speed limits and road-safety rules.
• Negotiate and close sales clearly, concisely, and ethically.
• Explain vehicle operation, warranties, and servicing requirements during delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
• Attend meetings and training, and help educate new staff members.

Requirements

• Strong communication, customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and sales skills.
• Self-motivated, outgoing, professional, and able to work toward goals with limited direct supervision.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance with the ability to remain composed under stress.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record.
