Division Quality Manager

What you will do

• Oversee, support, and lead field teams in planning and implementing project quality control activities.
• Develop, review, and approve site-specific quality management plans in accordance with owner contracts and company requirements.
• Audit quality management plan progress and results, identify deficiencies, and propose corrective solutions.
• Develop and approve in-house training and certification standards across the division.
• Coordinate quality-related matters with owners, regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Provide technical guidance, approve trade partner quality control plans, and support design and constructability reviews.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience with an undergraduate degree, or 15+ years of combined industry and field management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality control inspections or an equivalent background.
• Thorough knowledge of regulatory agency quality assurance and quality control activities.
• Experience with similar facilities under construction and proven personnel supervision ability.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Hold or obtain within one year NAVFAC/USACE, FHA/ADA, and at least two ICC building inspection scope certifications.
