QA QC Manager (Construction)

Location: Vienna, VA, United States; full-time, onsite role

Salary: $136,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop project-specific quality control plans, procedures, and audit checklists.
• Manage the implementation and maintenance of project quality plans across multiple construction projects.
• Identify quality deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design and field teams on constructability concerns during preconstruction.
• Monitor project progress and quality in mission-critical, healthcare, and tenant improvement environments.
• Mentor, guide, and supervise the QA/QC team, including performance reviews and disciplinary actions when applicable.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge and experience implementing QA/QC systems, processes, and procedures.
• Proven quality assurance and quality control experience in the construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Science, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 8 years of experience with responsibility for large commercial construction projects preferred.
• In-depth understanding of contract specifications, construction methods, and quality standards.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
