Clinical Specialist, TEG (Salt Lake City, Boise, Las Vegas) (Field role)

Location: Remote from the Boston NA headquarters, with residence required in the Salt Lake City area and field coverage across Utah, Boise, and Las Vegas. Up to 50% overnight travel is required.

Salary: $85,000–$160,000 annually, plus potential incentives and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage the existing TEG customer territory and drive product utilization, account expansion, and revenue growth.
• Train clinicians and other users on TEG equipment, software, assays, disposables, and interpretation of TEG results.
• Provide onsite case support, go-live assistance, clinical education, grand rounds presentations, and after-hours support when required.
• Support customers across critical care, laboratories, operating rooms, VAD/ECMO, trauma, cardiovascular, high-risk obstetrics, liver transplant, and vascular care.
• Resolve technical, operational, and clinical concerns while maintaining customer and territory records in the CRM.
• Partner with Account Managers, Implementation, Sales, Marketing, and R&D on installations, validations, upgrades, market development, and product feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a science, medical, or related profession.
• At least 3 years of industry or clinically related experience, preferably with complex medical devices or in a critical care environment.
• Knowledge of hemostasis management.
• Strong technical and clinical aptitude, including the ability to operate the TEG Analyzer, use the software, interpret results, and train customers.
• Residence in the Salt Lake City area and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory are required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in science, a medical-related profession, or business administration.
• Experience supporting TEG applications, laboratory implementation, competency programs, SOPs, or IQCP development.
