Medical Science Liaison (Hemophilia)

Location: Remote within the assigned territory of Michigan, Wisconsin, Iowa, or Minnesota; must reside in the territory. The position is available to US and Puerto Rico residents only.

Salary: $146,250–$211,250 per year, commensurate with demonstrated experience.

What you will do

• Build scientific engagement plans and develop peer-to-peer relationships with healthcare professionals, organizations, decision-makers, and external experts.
• Deliver accurate, fair, and balanced scientific presentations on hemophilia disease states, treatment landscapes, and product clinical value.
• Prepare key decision-makers and scientific experts for upcoming first-in-class and best-in-class launches.
• Engage clinical investigators in support of the pipeline and investigator-sponsored studies within compliance standards.
• Gather clinical insights from patients, healthcare providers, and the broader healthcare ecosystem to inform strategic decision-making.
• Document field interactions, insights, account plans, training, and development activities in CRM and relevant tools.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or medical field, such as MD, PhD, PharmD, NP, MS, or an equivalent advanced clinical degree.
• Must reside in the assigned territory: Michigan, Wisconsin, Iowa, or Minnesota.
• At least 2 years of field medical or MSL experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or demonstrated clinical experience in hemophilia or a related hematology therapeutic area.
• Knowledge of clinical research, scientific leadership, medical teaching, healthcare policies, healthcare strategy, and the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management, communication, scientific communication, strategic thinking, and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Prior MSL experience in hemophilia, hematology, or rare blood disorders.
• Experience with healthcare systems, payers, key opinion leaders, and clinical investigators.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital engagement platforms.
• Self-motivation and an entrepreneurial mindset.
