Location: New York City, New York, USA. The role is based in NYC and requires travel to hirify.global schools. Relocating outside a commutable distance or outside New York State may result in an employment review.

Salary: USD 100,636–161,935 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute standards-based curriculum and instructional content for the middle school humanities program.
• Partner with the Principal and Teaching & Learning team to improve student academic performance and coordinate instructional initiatives.
• Build a positive, structured, achievement-oriented school culture and support values integration and character development.
• Monitor student achievement through data analysis, establish measurable goals, and target interventions.
• Coach teachers through classroom observations, feedback, professional development, and performance evaluations.
• Support school operations, including schedules, student placements, report cards, teacher coverage, and recruitment.

Requirements

• At least five years of full-time classroom teaching experience.
• At least one year of adult management or teacher coaching experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Demonstrated success in improving student achievement, developing academic programs, and leading teacher teams.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, judgment, and feedback skills.
