Preconstruction Manager

What you will do

• Lead regional preconstruction and estimating services in coordination with the Vice President of Preconstruction.
• Develop project strategies and deliver preconstruction services and materials to clients.
• Oversee estimates throughout all project stages, maintain costing data, and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Prepare guaranteed maximum prices, manage value engineering, and support sound financial deals and cost leadership.
• Coordinate subcontractor pricing, project planning, logistics, scheduling, and negotiations with operations teams.
• Direct, review, and approve the work of estimating staff while managing client relationships and developing team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in construction preconstruction or estimating.
• Strong analytical, organizational, delegation, decision-making, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
