What you will do
- Plan construction activities, develop and analyze estimates, and support contract management for power generation projects.
- Coordinate construction cost and schedule management, QA/QC staffing input, contractor qualification, and stakeholder liaison activities.
- Review contractor schedules, execution plans, and extra work claims.
- Develop and manage construction progress reporting, estimating tools, earned value management processes, KPI dashboards, and analytics solutions.
- Audit inspection processes and documentation, assist with construction closeout, and provide onsite leadership to inspection teams.
- Evaluate and implement emerging construction technologies to improve field execution and project performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and at least six years of related experience, or CCM certification.
- Experience supporting or managing construction, including process facility construction and construction management systems.
- Experience with construction cost and schedule reporting or construction data analytics across multiple data sources.
- Valid state driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Procore, and general computer software and systems.
- Ability to work onsite in the field, including extreme temperatures, elevated locations, enclosed spaces, loud environments, and physically demanding conditions.
