Field Service Engineer (UK)

Location: South England, United Kingdom; ideally within a 60-mile radius of London for regional coverage.

What you will do

• Install, commission, maintain, and repair sensor-based sorting equipment.
• Optimize sorting systems and associated processes.
• Provide technical support and clear communication to customers through multiple channels.
• Identify opportunities to introduce complementary products, solutions, and services.
• Share customer and market feedback with headquarters to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical engineering; ONC, HNC, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
• Comfort working with software, systems, and diagnostic tools.
• Customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Nice to have

• Experience in recycling or industrial processing.
