Vice President, North America Finance

Location: Based in any hirify.global plant in the United States, with the option to work from home some of the time. Up to 40% domestic travel may be required. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $238,500–$357,800 per year, plus potential quarterly bonus or commission.

What you will do

• Partner with North America leadership to evaluate strategic investments, capacity, operational footprint, network optimization, and long-term growth priorities.
• Assess P&L risks, opportunities, pricing, contracts, product expansions, working capital, margins, and enterprise value.
• Standardize finance systems, reporting, costing practices, and workflows across divisions and regional factories.
• Lead operations costing and provide direction to factory finance teams to improve cost governance and manufacturing performance visibility.
• Partner with Digital on finance and operations system transformation, including business requirements and scalable decision-support capabilities.
• Lead financial acumen training and present investment analyses, risk assessments, forecasts, and operational updates to senior leadership and selected Board meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of accounting and analytical experience in manufacturing operations.
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting knowledge, with experience advising senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Business Objects reporting.
• Experience evaluating investments, capital projects, capacity needs, ROI, cash flow, margins, and operational initiatives.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and people-management skills.

Nice to have

• CMA or CPA certification.
• Expert SAP knowledge; S/4HANA, BPC, and SAC experience.
