Senior Executive, Account Management (Food Delivery)

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partner restaurants.
• Manage restaurant account portfolios and act as the key point of contact for partner requests and escalations.
• Activate compliance, promotional, and online marketing services to support retention, development, and revenue growth.
• Assess and improve partner operations to ensure smooth service throughout the delivery process.
• Coordinate with Content, Sales, and Marketing on lead generation, content management, and vendor services.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in operational sales or account management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Performance-driven approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of online marketing concepts and tools, with an interest in the restaurant industry.
• Excellent command of English and Cantonese required.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Mandarin.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
